Oriental & Persian Rug Cleaning
Hand-knotted rugs are washed flat, by hand, in cold water with plant-based soap. The point is to flush the foundation — the layer of sand, dust and humidity-fed mildew sitting under the pile where a vacuum never reaches. Dyes are tested before washing so a saturated border does not run into an ivory field.

- Weave, dye and foundation inspection with a written price before pickup
- Dry dusting to remove grit before any water is used
- Cold-water hand wash and hand rinse with plant-based soap
